與銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)一起為中國(guó)區(qū)的皮革業(yè)務(wù)提供最佳技術(shù)支持。與研發(fā)部門合作開發(fā)我們的產(chǎn)品系列，以滿足市場(chǎng)需求。收集有關(guān)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手、市場(chǎng)發(fā)展和產(chǎn)品趨勢(shì)的信息。
Essential Functions/基本職能：
? Develop local products and enhance the localization of global products to better adapt to the local market by working together with the R&D department to develop local formulation or modify global formula to better suit the local market.
- 與研發(fā)部門合作，配合開發(fā)本土產(chǎn)品和提升全球產(chǎn)品的本土化，以更好地適應(yīng)本地市場(chǎng)，從而為中國(guó)市場(chǎng)開發(fā)和發(fā)展皮革產(chǎn)品。
? Conduct and manage application tests in the respect area to fulfill development and customer needs.
-在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行并管理產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用測(cè)試，以滿足研發(fā)和客戶的需求。
? Working with sales/marketing team to promote technology & products through customer visits, trials & product comparison, & presentations and other means.
- 與銷售和市場(chǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，通過拜訪客戶、產(chǎn)品試用和產(chǎn)品比較、演示及其他方式推廣技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品。
? Provide technical support to customers and the production department.
- 為客戶和生產(chǎn)部門提供技術(shù)支持。
? Working with our R&D to develop new articles. Do testing for all new products with R&D.
- 與研發(fā)部門合作開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品并對(duì)對(duì)所有新產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行測(cè)試。
? Investigate customer complaints, identify the root course, and take preventive actions.
- 調(diào)查客戶投訴，找出問題根源并采取預(yù)防措施。
? Participate and conduct technical projects, analyze & summarize results, and communicate internally & also externally with customers.
- 參與和執(zhí)行技術(shù)項(xiàng)目，分析和總結(jié)結(jié)果，并與客戶進(jìn)行內(nèi)部和外部的溝通。
? Communicate effectively with customers, account managers, suppliers, and internal colleagues; maintain and build customer relationships through technical support, communications, and visits.
- 與客戶、客戶經(jīng)理、供應(yīng)商和內(nèi)部同事進(jìn)行有效的溝通；通過技術(shù)支持、溝通和拜訪來維護(hù)和建立客戶關(guān)系。
? Identify and initiate customer projects, innovation projects, and cost reduction projects.
- 確定并啟動(dòng)客戶項(xiàng)目、創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目和降本項(xiàng)目。
? Develop new key account according to company policy.
- 根據(jù)公司政策開發(fā)新的大客戶。
? Reporting all information as well on time.
- 及時(shí)報(bào)告所有信息。
Required Education and Experience/所需教育和經(jīng)驗(yàn)：
? College’s degree with Light Chemical Engineering (Leather Engineering Direction) major 大專學(xué)歷, 輕化工程專業(yè)（皮革方向）
? More than 5 years tannery working experience - 5 年以上皮革廠的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? Leather technology skill is a must - 必須掌握皮革技術(shù)
